Return & Refund Policies

- Groceries & Pharmacy (OTC): Returns are typically not accepted once delivered. In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact support within 1 hour.
- Clothing & Home Goods: Returns are accepted within 7 days in the original condition and packaging. Items must be returned to the original store where they were purchased.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
